Yoga with Alison is incredible.  She creates an amazing atmosphere with her use of incense, lighting, chanting and great music (she plays her own playlists of modern music).  Yoga with Alison flows, from the moment you enter the studio, until she ends each class with "namaste."  Definitely an experience that incorporates Mind, Body and Soul.
