Yoga is for every-BODY
If you have never tried yoga, this is the time.
Weekly Classes to Try if You're New:
- Mondays: 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. with Caroline
- Tuesdays: 5:00 - 6:15 with Kelli
- Wednesdays: 4 p.m. with Justyna
- Sundays: 1:15-2:30 with Sara/Kelli
-Fridays at noon with Amy/Hannah
What to Wear/Bring:
Wear loose clothing, you'll be in bare feet, bring a mat or purchase/rent one at the studio - we'll take care of the rest! Props such as blocks, blankets and bolsters are at the studio for your use. We also sell water and have free ginger treats (most of the time) and healthy snacks for sale after your practice.
AND, by request through email (staff@shri-studio.com) Alison will organize another "Starting at Shri" workshop for brand new yogis in a longer weekend afternoon format. This will be suitable for anyone who wants to try yoga outside of a traditional drop-in class with other new yogis.
