Post-natal yoga can help smooth your transition into your new role, and facilitate greater bonding with your new baby. Join us as we practice both soothing and energizing breathing techniques, yoga poses to enhance strength particularly in the core and pelvic floor area, and deep relaxation to nurture yourself. We will also foster a growing sense of community in a safe space with weekly discussion topics Classes are open to women of all fitness levels and their infants, up to pre-crawling.
We do require a release from your doctor (file is enclosed below) to be filled out prior to participating in class. And please note, women who have recently delivered need to wait at least six weeks (more for c-section) or until their doctor approves their exercise. Mothers who have recently adopted are also welcome and encouraged to join us at anytime.
Contribution: $75 for six-week series, cash or check only please
No refunds after payment received, but in case of illness, make-up dates WILL be available.
This is to encourage a commitment to the entire series.
