Shri Stretch & Strengthen
Tuesdays @ 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.

This is a POWER, core conditioning class designed by Shri Studio's owner and director.  With blocks, balls, bolsters and chairs, Alison leads students through a rigorous flow, followed by core strengthening exercises and a longer, seated meditation to close.  Expect lots of music to develop a fluid flow in which traditional yoga poses are explored in these new interpretations to increase body awareness and flexibility for deeper immersions in other Shri Studio vinyasa practices.

For students wishing to learn headstand and handstand ... we do this here! Both against and in the middle of the room ... no class is routine.
